The tradition
The production of their oil begins with the natural care of the land where the olive groves extend, from which the finest fruits are harvested using traditional methods.
They carefully select their olives, cultivated in harmony with Nature and in accordance with good agronomic practices. To achieve an excellent oil, attention to the cultivation of the raw material is essential, but the harvest also represents a fundamental piece of the production cycle. There is a strong connection to their homeland, Apulia, where the ancient tradition of hand-picking olives is still alive.
