Shipping policy

Where and when we deliver

We deliver on fixed days for each area, so that chilled and frozen products stay in the cold chain from our warehouse to your door.

  • Orders placed by 6 pm on the day before a delivery day are delivered on the next delivery day for your area.
  • Deliveries do not run on public holidays; orders falling on a holiday go on the next delivery day for your area.

Delivery charges

  • Free delivery within Colombo 1–15 on orders over Rs. 15,000.
  • Other orders: Negombo: 1000lkr , Down South 3000lkr The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Collection

You can collect your order free of charge from our warehouse at No 28/2 Biyagama Road, Thalwatta, Gonawala, Kelaniya, or from Ceccato Market, 213 Galle Road, Colombo 00300. 

Collection time: Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm.

Our team will contact you to inform when the order is ready for collection. 


Chilled and frozen products

  • Chilled and frozen products are available for delivery to selected areas only.
  • Frozen products leave us frozen and travel in the cold chain. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order, and put frozen items into a freezer (−18°C) straight away.

On the day

  • Our driver may call the telephone number given at checkout to arrange delivery.
  • If no one is available, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next delivery day, and additional charges might apply. 

Problems with a delivery
