Our semola bread is made with authentic Italian semola flour, giving it a naturally golden crust and a warm, nutty flavor. Perfect for rustic sandwiches or as a flavorful table loaf.
Available in two shapes to suit your needs: large (long) and small (round).

Note that the product is delivered frozen to guarantee freshness.

Serving Suggestions:

Perfect for sandwiches, toasting with olive oil and tomatoes, or serving alongside soups and stews. It’s also ideal for making bruschetta or crostini.For best results let it thaw at room temperature and reheat in the oven at 180 °C (350 °F).

Storage Tips:

Store in the freezer for up to 4 months. When defrosted, keep in the fridge for up tp 4 days.

Keeping it, and cooking it

Keep frozen: Store in the freezer at −18°C.
Do not thaw: For best results, cook directly from frozen.
Ovens vary: Times are a guide and may differ slightly by appliance.

Defrost
Microwave on the defrost setting for 2 minutes, or thaw in the fridge.
Preheat
Heat the oven to 230°C.
Bake
Give it 3 minutes, then eat it warm.
